You can buy your Pass Pass card from this form. Several types of cards are available :
- Nominative card: Your personal data is kept and Your photo is present on the card. This card is strictly personal and cannot be transferred.
- Anonymous card: no personal information on the card and in the Customer file. Please note, no after-sales service can be carried out for this type of card.
Once your order has been validated, your new Pass Pass card will be sent to you by post to the delivery address you have entered in this form.
You can then load your tickets for the various mobility services in the Hauts-de-France region onto your Pass Pass card: urban transport, TER, bicycle parking, self-service bicycles, etc.
